4.3 Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. You must inspect products upon receipt and report any issues within 48 hours.

5.4 Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5.5 Custom or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective.
