Returns Eligibility:
We accept returns for unused, unworn sneakers in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact, within 30 days of delivery.
Process: To initiate a return, contact us here with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
Inspection: Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Once approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
Refund Conditions: Refunds are issued for eligible returns to the original payment method, excluding original shipping fees (if applicable).
