Domestic: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and typically delivered within 3-7 business days after shipping.
International: Delivery takes 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
We guarantee that all sneakers sold by Phamba are 100% authentic, sourced directly from trusted manufacturers or authorized distributors.
If your sneakers are defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery here. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and offer a refund or replacement, based on your preference and availability
We accept returns for unused, unworn sneakers in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. For details, see our Refund & Return Policy
